General Accounting Associate - CG GA/AP

General Accounting Associate is responsible for managing accounts payable processes while overseeing store-level accounting operations. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of payables, maintains strong internal controls, and supports store operations through effective monitoring of sales, cash, inventory, and expenses. 

Key Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and inventory management.

• Accounts Payable: Includes invoice processing and vendor management activities. Review, validate and record supplier invoices ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and payment terms and handle account reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies if any.
• Store Accounting: Reconcile daily sales with POS reports across all payment channels. Ensure timely submission of store reports and supporting documents and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in month-end closing activities related to payables and store transactions
• Systems and Software: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
• Streamlining Processes and Internal Control: Assist in improving accounting processes, control, and system efficiency

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or any related Accounting course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Ideally with some experience in an accounting role in a similar industry (trading, manufacturing, etc.)
