Job Summary


 


We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts within a B2B environment. The role is responsible for building strong partnerships with clients, identifying business opportunities, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer experience through collaborative and value-based account management.


 


The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver business results.


 


Key Responsibilities


Account Management & Business Growth



  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and become a trusted business partner

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs

  • Develop account plans, growth strategies, and pipeline opportunities

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract renewals


Customer Relationship Management



  • Maintain regular engagement with clients through meetings, business reviews, and project discussions

  • Understand customer objectives, challenges, and market dynamics

  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and retention


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with internal teams including Commercial Marketing, Technical, Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance and Development Team

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.

  • Align customer requirements with company capabilities and business objectives


Market & Business Intelligence



  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and customer trends

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business strategy

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting activities


Performance Management



  • Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives

  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews for management and customers


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development

  • Experience handling key accounts or strategic customers preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva

Reports directly to: Fragrance Director
