The impact you will have in this role:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an ability to learn new skills and knowledge and demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-development. This role requires excellent time management, effective written communication, and the ability to persevere through challenges. As an Associate you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, balance sheet reconciliations along with monitoring internal controls assigned to you. Your role will also involve informing management and stakeholders about financial insights and developing self-knowledge to enhance job performance. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain and update financial ledgers and subledgers 


• Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. 


• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. 


• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions. 


• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. 


• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 


• Proven experience as an Associate or in a similar role is preferred. 


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
