Job Brief
We are seeking a highly capable Global Membership Travel Executive to provide exceptional travel sales, booking fulfilment, and dedicated membership support to customers across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Working as part of an elite global support function, you will convert travel enquiries into tailored bookings, manage end-to-end travel documentation, and provide calm, effective assistance when disruptions occur. This role is ideal for an experienced travel professional who can combine strong sales and booking skills with exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Member Enquiries & Customer Service
Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist with platform benefits, booking updates, account enquiries, and general travel support while aiming to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
Travel Sales & Booking Support
Research, recommend, quote, and book a range of international travel products, including flights, hotels, tour packages, transfers, and activities. Provide accurate quotations and clear, comprehensive travel documentation.
Travel Fulfilment & Supplier Liaison
Manage booking fulfilment activities, payment checks, and supplier communications. Liaise with airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers to resolve schedule changes, booking discrepancies, cancellations, and refund requests.
Out-of-Hours & Emergency Assistance
Provide calm and decisive support for urgent pre-departure and in-travel disruptions. Work with global suppliers to rebook or amend travel arrangements and maintain detailed case notes to ensure effective shift handovers.
Global Teamwork & Service Standards
Work closely with international management and team members to maintain booking accuracy, protect customer data, and consistently meet agreed service, response, and resolution standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel agency, travel operations, tour operator, or travel customer service environment.
Hands-on experience booking and servicing international travel products across global markets.
Experience supporting North American, Australian, or New Zealand customers is highly desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international customers and suppliers.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and structured when handling complex booking issues, complaints, and travel disruptions.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple live booking cases simultaneously.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a 5:00 am – 3:00 pm shift, including scheduled weekends and public holidays.
Software Proficiency
Experience with the following is preferred:
Travel reservation and booking platforms
CRM and helpdesk systems
Live chat and customer support platforms
Microsoft Office Suite
Online travel supplier and booking portals
Education
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Travel Services will also be considered alongside relevant industry experience.
