Iterable is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Go\-to\-Market (GTM) Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our Sales and Marketing organizations by providing critical financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights. The GTM Financial Analyst will be a key business partner to GTM leadership, helping to drive informed decision\-making that optimizes revenue growth and operational efficiency. â Work with the Finance Manager to update the financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the GTM organization (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success).
â Work with business partners to update various headcount capacity models.
â Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly variance analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast and provide commentary to GTM and Executive leadership.
â Maintain PO log to track and forecast Marketing program spend.
â ROI analysis for marketing programs.
â Develop analysis to determine the effectiveness of variable compensation plans, and financial impact of plan changes.
â Salesforce Spiff: Build out plans and ensure data integrity and consistency within the GTM commissions tool.
â Own the plan documentation process end\-to\-end, including updates for changes to compensation metrics, and roles and responsibilities.
â Ensure compliance from an audit standpoint, and collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure all participants are signing off on plans.
â Support ad\-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed by the Sales Compensation lead.
â 2+ years of progressive experience in Go\-to\-Market Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Revenue/Sales Operations or a similar quantitative role.
â Basic understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Quota Attainment).
â Strong experience in Salesforce SaaS tool \- deep understanding of reporting and analytics. Preferred: Experience in using Salesforce Spiff.
â Ability to self\-start on analytical tasks and shift priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.
â Good written and verbal communication skills.
