Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel CRM Setup & Management

• Build, configure, and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts across multiple brands.

• Create and optimize pipelines, opportunities, stages, tags, custom fields, and CRM structures.

• Manage contacts, lead segmentation, tracking systems, and client management processes.

• Ensure accounts are properly organized and follow consistent operational standards.

Workflow Automation & System Development

• Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, campaigns, and follow-up sequences.

• Develop email and SMS automation systems for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and customer retention.

• Create processes for lead capture, qualification, routing, and conversion tracking.

• Troubleshoot automation issues and improve system performance.

Funnels, Websites & Landing Pages

• Build and maintain landing pages, lead capture funnels, sales funnels, and website integrations.

• Optimize funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

• Integrate forms, calendars, surveys, and other GHL features into marketing systems.

Marketing Campaign Implementation

• Implement and manage marketing campaigns inside GoHighLevel.

• Organize and segment databases for targeted campaigns.

• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Calendar, Forms & Appointment Systems

• Build and manage GoHighLevel calendars, booking systems, forms, and surveys.

• Create appointment workflows including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

• Improve scheduling processes to support sales and client management.

Integrations & Technical Support

• Configure and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and third-party tools.

• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain system reliability and ensure smooth data flow between platforms.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and system guides.

• Ensure processes are scalable and consistent across multiple brands.

• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and business operations.

Independent Execution & Reporting

• Understand business goals and translate them into actionable GHL solutions.

• Work independently while following priorities and deadlines.

• Provide regular progress updates, system reports, and recommendations.

• Communicate clearly regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications and non-negotiables

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Proven experience building and managing GHL sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, triggers, funnels, calendars, forms, surveys, and automation systems.

• Strong knowledge of CRM management, lead generation systems, email/SMS automation, appointment booking, lead nurturing, and pipeline tracking.

• Experience implementing marketing campaigns, contact segmentation, and conversion-focused systems.

• Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, website integrations, and customer journey automation.

• Knowledge of SaaS configurations, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and third-party integrations is a strong advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute projects without constant supervision.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, accountability, and follow-through.

• Ability to follow documented processes, maintain organized systems, and protect confidential business information.

• Willingness to learn our business models, understand operational needs, and adapt solutions based on company priorities.
