Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable): 
—Degree in Architecture / Engineering or any other Environmental degree relevant qualifications. 

Experience, skills and organisational knowledge 
—1-2 years of Architectural or Engineering experience 
—Good communication skills (both verbal and written).  
—Ability to interpret and carry out instructions well, 
—Deliver tasks within an agreed timeline. 
—Ability to use basic theoretical knowledge of Sustainability/Engineering principles to analyse and interpret information. 
—Basic knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point 
—Basic knowledge on the built environment & sustainability and technical standards (NCC, Green Star, NatHERS, Thermal  
Comfort) is a plus 
—Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and SketchUp is an advantage.
