Guest Relations Ambassador

• Welcoming, assisting and providing high-quality service to guests at all times.
• Updating of guest profiles log sheet including forecasted VIP arrivals
  
• Complete guest service daily
  
• Can perform guest and supplies inventory
  
• Completing all opening, closing and hygiene checklists.
  
• Ensure that reservations of the day match the dining set - up per table.
  
• Respond to all guest inquiries received via email and SMS
  
• Taking guest food and drink orders according to operational standards, ensuring accuracy of items ordered and guest preferences when communicated, and up-selling whenever possible.
  
• Print menus for the restaurant including special artwork request from guests.
  
• Ensure all promotional collaterals are up to date such as LED display, website, bill talkers and table talkers.
  
• Memorize menu, daily specials and monthly promotions
  
• Can helpfully provide reservation details to service and culinary team
  
• Escort guest to their preferred or allocated table.
  
• Ensure all hygiene standards and procedures are met.
  

Requirements

•   Minimum one (1) year experience in bar, restaurant and hotel operations.
