As a Guidewire Integration Developer Associate, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will design, code, and test software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organizations. You will be expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing processes
- Analyzing client requirements to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with team members and clients to address varying challenges and project scopes
- Applying a learning mindset to take ownership of personal development and skill enhancement
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work that drives value for clients

- Utilizing Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter for system development and configuration
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
