Handyman

• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the property by addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
  
• Assist with housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness and organization standards.
  
• Contribute to creating a comfortable and pleasant living environment for residents.
  

• ​Perform general maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and addressing plumbing or electrical issues.
  
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively.
  
• Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning common areas, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms or apartments.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and appliances and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.
  
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping duties.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations related to maintenance and housekeeping activities.
  
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management regarding maintenance and housekeeping matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles is preferred.

• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
