HDSI: Telemedicine Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients in booking and managing telemedicine appointments
• Provide support for telehealth platforms and applications
• Gather and verify patient information and medical history
• Coordinate patient consultations with doctors
• Monitor patient concerns and escalate urgent cases when needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy compliance
• Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Guide patients on using telemedicine services
• Follow up on consultations and treatment plans

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or any allied health-related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting; telemedicine experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
