Job Description - Head of Talent Acquisition

Sizanid Staffing, a leading and rapidly expanding staffing agency under the Sizanid HR umbrella, is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee all talent acquisition initiatives. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives and client needs. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the full lifecycle recruitment process across diverse industries, manage and mentor a team of recruiters, and champion the integration of advanced technology and data-driven approaches to enhance hiring outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of staffing solutions at Sizanid Staffing, ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support business goals and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and design effective hiring plans.
  • Leverage technology, AI tools, and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in talent acquisition with a strong background in leadership roles within staffing agencies or corporate recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team to meet ambitious hiring targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
