The Role

Head of Wealth Product Solutions & Retail Products is a senior leadership role reporting to the Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) in the Philippines. You’ll be accountable for the full wealth and retail product portfolio including Wealth, FX, Deposits and Credit Cards. The role focuses on setting product strategy and executing it to expand profitable growth, strengthen market share and deliver a seamless client experience across channels. Success means delivering balance sheet growth and improved product profitability while building a platform for long-term sustainable growth aligned to Group strategy. You’ll work closely with Operations, Risk, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Compliance and with third-party partners in a regulated environment. You’ll also maintain strong oversight of P&L and balance sheet performance while embedding effective governance and controls.

What you'll be doing

• Define and execute wealth and retail product strategies across Wealth, FX, Deposits and Credit Cards


• Oversee product proposition and mix to align customer needs with channel delivery and commercial outcomes


• Accelerate Wealth contribution to IWPB P&L through product performance management and targeted growth plans


• Expand market share in Deposits and Wealth while sustaining profitable contribution from cards in target segments


• Establish disciplines for cost reduction, sustained marketing activity and ongoing product enhancements


• Embed a Sales and Service culture with clear cadency across Sales teams to deliver business targets


• Govern operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation, control and loss reporting across the portfolio


• Partner with Risk to refine credit policies that support growth targets within controlled risk appetite

What we're looking for

• Bring substantial senior experience across wealth and retail banking products with strong commercial judgement


• Demonstrate a proven financial performance track record across P&L and balance sheet management


• Show established experience setting product strategy and delivering measurable growth in market share and profitability


• Evidence success delivering major transformation programmes and influencing across a complex organisation


• Apply strong planning, analytical, communication, decision-making and project management skills in practice


• Use customer insights to improve customer experience and outcomes including customer satisfaction and NPS


• Navigate local market dynamics including economic factors, regulatory factors and competition with sound risk awareness


• Operate effectively in a regulated environment with experience engaging internal partners and regulators as required
