Salary Range: up to ₱28,000 package (with 30K sign-on bonus)

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Pasig City

The role

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Representative with experience in healthcare BPO operations. The role involves supporting patient services through scheduling, pre-registration, or financial clearance while delivering accurate and efficient customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle patient scheduling, pre-registration, or financial clearance processes.
  


• Assist patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  


• Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  


• Deliver professional and timely customer support. 

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience.


• Experience in Scheduling, Pre-Registration, or Financial Clearance is preferred.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.


• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, if required.
