Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Kitchen Equipment Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of premium Italian kitchen equipment to hotels, restaurants, and cafés within the HoReCa sector. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while promoting high-end products such as coffee machines, ovens, blast freezers, gelato machines, and wine chillers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sales/Product Specialist, you will be the face of our technical portfolio, driving growth by matching our world-class equipment with the specific needs of our clients.

Direct Sales Execution: Execute effective sales activities to meet and exceed individual sales targets in the commercial kitchen and hospitality sectors.

Technical Advocacy: Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our kitchen and bakery equipment portfolio to effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI to clients.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including executive chefs, restaurateurs, and hotel procurement managers.

Prospecting & Proposals: Identify high-potential prospects and create customized sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to their specific kitchen requirements.

Market Insight: Analyze local market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales approaches for maximum profitability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience from the initial sale to equipment installation.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management regarding pipeline status and client feedback.

The Kitchen Equipment Sales Specialist will develop and manage relationships with HoReCa clients, particularly high-end hotels and restaurants, by conducting field visits and client meetings to present equipment solutions. The role involves collaborating with the Design Team on kitchen layout projects and equipment recommendations, maintaining existing client relationships to drive repeat business, and achieving quarterly sales targets of PHP 8 million. The successful candidate will also participate in trade shows and industry events for lead generation, deliver technical product presentations to chefs and procurement teams, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintain accurate sales pipeline and client interaction records.



Requirements

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in HORECA industry
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably high-value equipment
  • Strong network within hotel and restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical equipment features to chefs and decision-makers
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to work independently

Highly Preferred:

    • Previous experience selling kitchen equipment or similar technical products
    • Existing relationships with hotel chains and restaurant groups
    • Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations
    • Experience with brands like Rational, Unox, or similar equipment manufacturers

Working hours / Job Type:

Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible for client meetings)

Field-based role with frequent client visits.

Occasional evening meetings due to Italy time zone coordination

Travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
