Job Description - HR Benefits Ops Representative 2

The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

Global People Services is the team that powers a seamless employee experience across regions and time zones. We support employees through every stage of lifecycle preboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding while continuously improving how HR operates at scale. • You will support offboarding and clearance activities by coordinating Statements of Account (SOA) requests, validating employee benefit liabilities, maintaining payroll and HR trackers, reviewing benefits-related accountabilities, and ensuring accurate and timely endorsement to payroll and external vendors.
  • You will administer insurance and vendor coordination activities by validating required documentation, preparing employee endorsements, and liaising with brokers and benefit providers to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
  • You will support statutory and government-mandated benefit processes in the Philippines, including SSS enrollments, PhilHealth ER-2 report preparation, SSS and PAG-IBIG loan certifications, and the submission of maternity and sickness benefit notifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will provide Tier 1 HR support through ServiceNow and other designated channels by responding to employee inquiries, resolving benefits-related concerns within scope, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
  • You will collaborate with HR teams, payroll, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, timely issue resolution, and a positive employee experience.
  • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies, recommending enhancements, and supporting the maintenance of process documentation and knowledge base articles.

What makes you successful:

  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data, transactions, and documentation.
  • You have working knowledge or basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas, and reports), with a willingness to further develop your data management skills.
  • You possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to review information, identify discrepancies, and ensure completeness of employee records.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with employees, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring a positive and service-oriented experience.
  • You are comfortable using or learning HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), with the ability to manage and track assigned tasks effectively.
  • You show strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver within agreed service levels.
  • You demonstrate accountability and ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring follow-through and timely completion of activities.
  • You have exposure to or willingness to learn administrative tasks such as invoice handling and validation, and coordination with vendors.
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and open to feedback, with a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced HR operations environment.

What you’ll get:
