HR Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Analyst to provide Power BI support, enabling end users to extract key insights efficiently. The role involves maintaining existing reports and dashboards, as well as developing new ones based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and business insight requirements.


• Design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.


• Import, cleanse, and manage data from various on-premise and cloud sources.


• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and tabular data models.


• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.


• Manage premium capacity workspaces and associated applications.


• Ensure reports meet business objectives and provide intuitive insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Power BI Report Builder and SQL.


• Proficient in DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop.


• Strong UI/design skills and attention to detail.


• Experience in administering SharePoint, Power BI workspaces, and applications.


• Ability to gather user requirements directly from stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Power Automate/Power Apps knowledge is a plus.


• Tertiary qualifications in data science or equivalent work experience preferred.


• Microsoft certifications in data analysis are highly regarded.


• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday on a morning shift schedule)
