HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey. They help create a positive workplace by managing onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations. They also ensure company policies are followed, maintain employee records, and assist managers with various HR-related matters. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while handling confidential information with professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding


• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date


• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


• Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance records


• Assist with employee relations by addressing HR-related questions and concerns


• Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives


• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires


• Generate HR reports and assist with special HR projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (required)


• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment practices


• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Work Setup

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift


• Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone
