Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
> 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance
management, organizational development, and learning &
development
> Basic understanding of business operations and organizational
structures
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team -oriented environment. Effective
organizational skills and attention to detail.
