A day in the life of...



  • Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge

  • acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations

  • Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary

  • Coordinate system testing, deployment of new system and services

  • Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines

  • Conduct functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. New hires & transfers)

  • Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes

  • Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Analytical, organized and keen on details

  • System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues

  • With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service

  • Able to create process documentations

  • Has experience in Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll system experience

  • Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner

  • Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities

  • With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service

  • has knowledge in US Payroll 

  • Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team

  • Can work with minimum supervision

  • With good interpersonal skills

  • Good training skills

  • Willing to be assigned on any shift schedule
