As a member of the Hubspot Implementation team, this role will guide customers through the HubSpot technical software setup, identifying objectives, training, and initial activation and adoption. Currently, we offer a hybrid of HubSpot’s traditional onboarding and Onboarding by Objectives.
Our customers vary in size and industry, and projects vary in complexity ranging from Base Implementations (Technical setup) plus a Marketing/Sales/Service Hub to full migrations.
The candidate should be a motivated team member with strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, desire to continuously learn and improve, and the flexibility to help with various projects. Success in this role is quantitatively measured via client interaction/CSAT, and internal KPIs.

Required qualifications:
Prior experience conducting HubSpot Implementations/Onboarding.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet workspace.
A dedicated workspace appropriate for conducting customer working sessions.
Fluent-level written and verbal English skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
