Are you a HubSpot expert who sees CRMs as strategic revenue-driving platforms rather than passive databases?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to take ownership of data hygiene, automation, and optimization within our HubSpot environment. You will have the unique opportunity—and challenge—of building processes, cleaning large-scale databases, and creating pipeline visibility from the ground up, with limited existing SOPs and documentation. You will work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and revenue reporting are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (US Pacific Time - PST). • Position: 100% on site.
**Key Responsibilities **
• CRM Data Hygiene & Management
• Automation & Workflow Management
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to organize prospecting campaigns and lead lists.
• Provide ongoing CRM support to improve productivity and process adoption.
• Pipeline Analysis & Monitoring
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on sales activity, pipeline performance, and key revenue metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuous Process Improvement
**Required Qualifications **
• Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and optimizing HubSpot CRM.
• Strong preference for candidates with administrator-level or back-end experience.
• Proven Track Record
• Previous experience in Sales Operations (Sales Ops), Revenue Operations (RevOps), or similar analytical and operational roles.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and verbal, required for collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
