This full -time position requires day hours from Monday–Friday and includes on -the -job training with competitive wage compensation.

- Proactively verify morning shift arrivals and system logins for designated staff prior to 7:00 a.m. CST.
- Ensure Trio Management PH & US are carbon copied on all direct client attendance communications
- Send Trio hotline notifications for unscheduled absences and tardiness.
- Follow the Absent Employee Checklist document to communicate unscheduled absences to management and clients.
- Maintain and update active job listings on the company website.
- Manage the end -to -end recruitment process.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming applicant pipelines for the HR Associate to schedule.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential candidates.
- Recommend qualified candidates to management for final interviews.
- Create, write, and customize compliant employment offer letters.
- Obtain formal management approval before facilitating contract and NDA signings.
- Coordinate with US Management to assign Trainual courses and establish training schedules.
- Contact absent candidates to offer rescheduling options for missed interviews and log all communication in Zoho Recruit.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through final exit and clearance.
- Process onboarding requirements for new hires, including the collection and monitoring of pre -employment documents.
- Organize and conduct virtual or onsite orientation sessions covering company background, core values, and policies.
- Handle resignation processing, prepare termination documents, and monitor the return of company -issued assets.
- Review and process disciplinary actions.
- Administer, follow up on, and witness employee reviews of RCAs, NTEs, NODs, and RTWOs in coordination with Team Leaders.
- Review the Disciplinary Action Tracker daily to manage deadlines, create action items, and roll over unresolved items at the end of the month.
- Validate submitted medical certificates for attendance -related concerns.
- Secure formal sign -offs from the Director of Operations for disciplinary actions.
- Document specific details of poor performance, misconduct, or policy violations with precise dates and times.
- Maintain, organize, and store accurate disciplinary trackers and files within designated digital folders.
- Facilitate, send out, and track the completion of regularization or 6 -month employee evaluation processes.
- Keep digital and paper employee 201 files organized
- Review candidate applications daily to provide management with an End of Day report detailing job opening statuses and open disciplinary items.
- Respond promptly to all management communication via email or Google Chat.
- Create bulleted meeting summaries from Google Gemini transcriptions after recorded virtual meetings.
