(Hybrid Setup) Order & Invoice Mgmt Specialist | 6-Month Contract

Your Day to Day

• Support issue resolution by identifying problems, applying known solutions, and escalating issues to senior team members when needed.


• Ensure activities are performed in line with company policies, controls, and procedures, and prepare required documentation.


• Support knowledge transfer sessions, documentation updates, and process validation activities for new services or affiliates.


• Contribute to projects and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, providing feedback as needed.


• Perform daily Order & Invoice Management activities, including reviewing and validating sales orders.


• Check product and service availability based on available information.


• Track order updates and cancellations in line with established instructions.


• Monitor stock levels according to established guidelines and demand information.


• Create invoices, perform basic checks on billing documents, and escalate issues when required.


• Create manual credit and debit notes based on defined guidelines.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work setup


• 6-day work week, Monday to Saturday


• Work schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM


• 6-month fixed-term assignment
