Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nCAPACITY PLANNING , ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT\n\n * Provides capacity analysis based on CCRP in consideration of current month\u2019s volume mix, package complexity and machine capability\n * Calculates equipment and tooling requirements per CCRP. Determines if there are equipment excesses or shortages\n * Proposes equipments to be bagged or shut-down\n * Calculates equipment requirements of both ST and STE and provides proposal for Asset transfer or investment\n * Provides STE and ST equipment cost allocation \n * Provides inputs for Mid-term HC and Layout Planning\n * Releases monthly capacity and saturation assessment per cost center, including capacity ramp-up charts \n * Proposes capacity improvement activities (such as improvement in UPH, Utilization and Efficiency) to avoid or minimize capital investment\n * Drives Manufacturing to improve output and capacity according to standards.\n * Drives and monitors More Output In Installed Base (MOOI) or Capacity Increase on Installed Base (CIIB) Projects\n * Supports OEE and TUI Improvement\n\n\n\nEQUIPMENT DELIVERY AND PROJECT SPENDING \n\n * Provides weekly update on equipment delivery\n * Works with equipment owners for the timely arrival, qualification and setting up of required equipments\n * Monitors project approval and project spending\n * Ensures PR/PO are raised and issued on time to support ramp-up\n\n\n\nINVESTMENT ANALYSIS\n\n * Assesses if there are equipments that can be transferred from other product lines or from other sites before proceeding with investment\n * Prepares and justifies needed investment and follows up CAR approval\n * Provides allocation of equipments per work center, utilization, and other technical standards\n\n\n\nIEDB, VACT AND COSTING SUPPORT\n\n * Proposes creation of new cost centers and work centers for new packages\n * Provides equipment inventory allocation per work center, utilization and other technical standards\n * Provides depreciation cost analysis\n * Oversees/performs establishment of processing time including post operation and pre-operation time for existing packages\n\n\n\nREPORTS \u0026 STANDARDS\n\n * Generates monthly BEMT Reports - MCRP report and Capacity Bamboo Charts\n * Prepares DLC and saturation per cost center and capacity ramp up reports (monthly).\n * OEE Spotfire validation for uptime report.\n * Validates and updates DLC report (monthly)\n * Updates equipment inventory and tooling inventory report (weekly)\n * Prepares and publishes equipment delivery report (weekly)\n * Provides capacity simulation and technical standards for new packages that will be encoded in IEDB (as needed)\n * Provides implemented capacity improvement summary (monthly)\n\n\n\nDEMONSTRATED LINE CAPACITY (DLC)\n\n * Provides updated DLC to Resource Planning for the monthly assessment of SNOP\n * Establishes standard UPH and utilization\n * Monitors actual output especially of bottleneck stations\n * Validates DLC regularly and on timely basis\n * Provides UPH and Capacity Simulation for new packages\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
