Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description: The Infrastructure Specialist focuses on building, setting up, and maintaining the essential technology systems that keep an organization running smoothly. These core systems—known as "infrastructure"—include networks, servers, databases, storage, CCTV and cloud services. He/she makes sure these systems are secure, reliable, and optimized to meet the organization’s needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage network architecture, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and support disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network and infrastructure management.
