Inside Sales (ACCISX)

• Contact inbound leads from Home Depot, Costco, website inquiries, and other marketing channels
  
• Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for in -home consultations and showroom visits
  
• Follow up with customers after proposals or bids have been provided
  
• Prepare and manage custom quote requests
  
• Build relationships with builders and contractors to generate new leads and partnerships
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system
  
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication
