As an International Mobility (IM) Systems Advisor, you will oversee the effectiveness, optimization, and reliability of business systems by providing expert guidance, resolving issues as relevant, ensuring data integrity and driving continuous improvement.

The International Mobility functions as an enabler in allowing business to move talent seamlessly across borders, ensuring the right people is in the right place at the right time, by delivering faster, simpler and cost competitive HR experiences guided by International Mobility policies and processes. Your role ensures that HR operations are not just efficient but transformative—supporting talent mobility, reward strategies, and compliance frameworks that allow our organization to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Accountabilities:
As an International Mobility (IM) Systems Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Shell expatriates, ensuring accurate and timely processing of international transfers and related system actions.
• Execute end-to-end IM system actions across HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Apro, SAP) for assignments, transfers, and repatriations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Review payroll reconciliation inputs, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity through regular clean-ups and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IM Client Facing teams, Payroll, and Country HR to deliver seamless processes and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior advisors, contribute to process improvements, and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.

4. Attention to Detail & Compliance – Ensure accuracy in transactions and adherence to global policies, SLAs, and data privacy standards.
