Inventory Control Specialist - Makati City

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who will lead and strengthen inventory control across all Arla warehouses nationwide, ensuring accurate records, disciplined transactions, timely reconciliation, and strong inventory governance across main, overflow, and regional facilities. The role safeguards inventory integrity by monitoring and validating stock movements, quantities, batch and expiry details, variances, and returns. How you will make an impact 

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.

• You lead inventory control across all warehouses (main, overflow, and regional), ensuring compliance with standard processes and policies.


• You maintain accurate, daily inventory visibility by validating data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.


• You manage cycle counts and physical inventories, ensuring discrepancies are investigated, reconciled, and resolved promptly.


• You investigate and resolve inventory variances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.


• You monitor stock status – aging, expiry and damaged, ensuring proper handling, disposition, and loss prevention.


• You drive reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to enhance inventory accuracy and control.

The Inventory Control Specialist will be part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Contract Logistics Manager.

What will make you successful 

• You have at least 5 years of experience in managing inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock movement controls across multiple warehouses


• You have experience with warehouse management systems, preferably in Oracle NetSuite and strong MS Excel skills


• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership


• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
