IT Associate - Batangas

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1st/2nd-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.


• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.


• Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding tasks.


• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.


• Maintain IT asset inventory and vendor coordination.


• Document incidents, escalate as needed, and identify patterns for improvement.


• Explore and integrate automation/AI tools to streamline IT operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in IT support/helpdesk (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).


• Strong knowledge of Windows system support and directory services.


• Comfortable with device setup, imaging, and asset management.


• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Spiceworks).


• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to work be assigned in our Alangilan, Batangas office.
