IT Associate (Cebu)

Requirements

• Provide first-line IT support, solving hardware and software issues for the team
  
• Monitor systems and help maintain networks, servers, and other infrastructure
  
• Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions securely
  
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software to keep everything running smoothly
  
• Keep IT records and asset inventories accurate and up to date
  
• Support IT projects through research, testing, and documentation
  
• Work closely with your IT teammates and communicate clearly with end-users
