Job Description:

The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing local IT equipment, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure on site including hardware and software.

• Ensure efficient system operations to provide maximum performance and availability for local users.

• Work and collaborate with other teams to strategize and implement infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.

• Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.

• Providing second-level support for escalated IT help desk issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate IT staff.

• Maintaining accurate records in asset management and ticketing systems, including logging issues, tracking time, and updating equipment inventories.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in computer systems, network functions, and security systems.

Your Skills and Expertise 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (completed and verified prior to start) and 3 years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with HP printers, Network switches, Firewalls hardware and software.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.

• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.

• Experience with networking and associated security protocols.
