Job Description - IT Service Delivery Manager

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Location: MOA Pasay

Job Description:

Information Security (ISO27K and PCI/DSS)
Ensure compliance to Client contractual obligations on InfoSec & Regulatory Controls/ Certifications.
Audit & Risk management.
Manage IT Governance with Client and all Business stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 7 10 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (300+Seats)
Willingness to work in a 24x7, fast paced environment.
Experience in handling banking and financial accounts is an advantage
