About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a strong back-end foundation and solid front-end development experience to join our growing engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services and microservices.


• Build and enhance front-end applications using modern frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.


• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across the application stack.


• Contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.


• Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools.


• Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.


• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.


• Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD.


• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.


• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.


• Strong back-end development experience using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.


• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.


• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and database management.


• Solid experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as:

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
