We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Collection Officer to join our team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable.

What You'll Do:
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments
Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue invoices
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare reports on account status and collection efforts
Analyze customer payment patterns to identify issues
️ Negotiate payment plans when necessary
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years experience in collections or related field
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
