Junior NetSuite Accounting Analyst

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST

Role Overview:

Support the accounting team in reclassifying and recording P&L transactions to the appropriate General Ledger accounts by market, state, and region within NetSuite. The resource will work directly with the company's accounting team and receive training from them to perform GL recoding activities and accounting analysis. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of accounting structures who can work quickly and comfortably handle large volumes of transactional data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the accounting team in reclassifying and recording P&L transactions to the appropriate General Ledger accounts by market, state, and region within NetSuite.

• Responsible for reviewing reports, performing GL recoding activities, validating financial data in Excel, and assisting with accounting analysis and reconciliations as needed.

• Work directly with the company's accounting team and receive training from them.

What You’ll Need:

• NetSuite Financial Management

• General Ledger (GL)

• Chart of Accounts

• Financial Reporting

• P&L Analysis

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• Experience working with transaction reclassifications and GL recoding

• Post-Implementation Support experience

• Operational accounting and financial data maintenance within NetSuite

• Solid understanding of accounting structures and financial statements

• Comfortable handling large volumes of transactional data

• Not client facing

What Will Set You Apart:

• 2–3+ years NetSuite experience preferred

• Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping background preferred
