To support our growing sales activities and market development efforts in Philippines, Visayas & Mindanao region, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our Southeast Asia team.

Position Overview
The Junior Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding GWS’s market reach and strengthening customer relationships across Philippines Vis-Min region. This position focuses on enhancing field coverage, improving customer responsiveness, and driving regional growth. The successful candidate will handle and develop distributor relationships, develop new business opportunities, and promote GWS Products and solutions to end user, consultants, contractors, and developers.
This is an individual contributor role in developing new market avenues, particularly in Water Enhancement & Quatreau Multi-function Smart Taps, reporting directly to the Territory Sales Manager – PH & SE Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
•Present and promote company products and solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
•Identify potential customers in the trading, hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.
•Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and coordinate with teams for customized solutions.
•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
•Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in luxury and filtration systems.
•Collaborate with Internal teams for quotations, and promotional materials.
•Attend exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client base.
•Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, Hospitality or related field).
•3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within water systems, home & building services products.
•Proficiency in English and local dialect is an advantage.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Independent, self-motivated, and able to work across Visayas to Mindanao between Based in Cebu with flexibility for regional travel.
•Relevant sales or project experience in water enhancement, hospitality, home appliances, equipment, or building materials sectors is advantageous.
