A Day in the Role 

As a Language Resource - Arabic, you will be responsible for executing key activities within the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service: 

• 
  

  Master Data and System Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP, including pricing, addresses, customer information, discounts, and packaging details 

  
  

• 
  

  Customer and Stakeholder Support: Understand market requirements and provide in-depth, solution-oriented responses to customer and stakeholder queries 

  
  

• 
  

  Continuous Improvement: Support O2C initiatives with a strong first-time-right mindset, ensuring accuracy and minimizing rework 

  
  

What Will Make You Successful 

• 
  

  Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and English in a business setting 

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field 

  
  

• 
  

  Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Applications

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

  Ability to critically assess requests and deliver well-analyzed solutions
