RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients in the store


• Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and creating genuine, authentic connections with clients


• Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations


• Building a client database by gathering all clients information


• Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests

IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES

• Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)


• Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales


• Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trainers and educators


• Amenity partnership ambassadors


• Storytellers


• Local Brand advocates / ambassadors


• Local event host


• Tastemakers


• Models (for our education guides, social media)


• Brand.com fulfillment (in select FSS)
