As a Learning & Development Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Utilizing adult learning theories to create engaging instructional materials and training content
- Managing participant engagement and feedback to refine training approaches
- Leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) for efficient training delivery and tracking
- Facilitating discussions to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Developing training materials that align with organizational goals and market developments
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support talent development initiatives
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all learning and development activities
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
