Review, draft, and assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation;
Track and monitor contract lifecycles, including renewal dates expirations, and approvals;
Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide summaries or recommendations to support the team;
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and updating of standard contracts, legal templates, policies, and forms;
Maintain and update internal legal trackers, databases, repositories, and document management systems;
Ensure proper filing, document retention, and version control of the team's documents within the designated repository system;
Provide administrative and operational support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of legal matters;
Support compliance, audit, risk management, and issue-tracking activities by maintaining records, monitoring action items, and assisting with reporting requirements;
Prepare meeting materials, record minutes of meetings, and monitor completion of action items arising from team discussions and reviews; and
Assist in process improvement initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Legal Head, and
Other tasks as may be necessary and as may be assigned by the Executives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
Must have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in legal, compliance, contract administration, or a related role.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
