Job Overview 

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and successful delivery of local and international events. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their experience in event logistics and operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan and support the successful execution of events that may happen at the local or international level, within budget and approved procedures. 

• Complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. 

• Coordinate all event services and logistics from start to end, such as venue and space booking, F&B, team buildings, set-up, technical needs, permits, insurance, and H&S checks to meet the quality expectations of our clients. 

• Conduct venue and services research to expand our supplier portfolio and offer a variety of suitable options. 

• Serve as a liaison with vendors on event-related matters. 

• Assist in overseeing event set-up and execution of assigned events. 

• Assist with events on-site when . 

• Prepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support event organization. 

• Keep track of event finances, including payment requests, invoicing, and reporting. 

• Provide periodic progress reports to the line manager for each event and keep event/budget files updated. 

• Conduct post-evaluation analysis after the event and report results. 

• Support the team with administrative duties, such as database maintenance, merchandise, reporting, etc. 

• Act quickly to solve problems. 

• Have a curious, proactive, and hands-on attitude, striving to always deliver the best and most diverse experiences and get things right the first time. 

• Maintain a positive attitude while understanding the demands of the job before, during, and after events. 

• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
