What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Accountant, you will report to an Ireland based manager and deliver accurate, timely reporting under UK GAAP, ensure full HMRC compliance, and support stakeholders with clear, reliable communication and detail-driven execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts from varied bookkeeping sources
Prepare and submit VAT returns with full reconciliations and audit trail
Support Director/Partner on ad-hoc client projects and reporting packs
Answer bookkeeping queries from clients and internal staff; improve workflows and checklists
What You’ll Bring
A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with at least three years of experience in a UK public practice.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience in management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT preparation.
Advanced proficiency in Xero and strong familiarity with other cloud-based accounting platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail, consistent adherence to deadlines, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of UK GAAP and relevant HMRC processes.
