Manufacturing Technical Training Department Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and improvement of technical training process and its courses for Operations and Support Functions.
• Administers the development of employees' skills by assessing the training needs, planning, designing, development and implementation of technical training programs/ customizing training programs. implementing various training methods, managing training budgets, adhering to training best practices. and for managing all phases of training interventions for manufacturing division.
• Continuously improves the technical training programs and ensures its effectiveness, its alignment to Business Performance and directions.

Qualifications:

• With 5-10 years of work experience in Brand marketing at FMCG industry (snack, beverage, food)
• College graduate of any 4-year course
  
• Amenable to work in an onsite set-up and Monday to Saturday schedule
