Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused Marketing & AI Executive to take ownership of digital performance, marketing delivery, and the integration of AI-led solutions across the business. This role goes beyond traditional marketing and requires an individual capable of leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency, enhance internal systems, and support business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible not only for improving digital marketing outcomes (SEO, Google Ads, campaigns, and social media), but also for developing AI-driven tools and applications to modernise internal processes such as reporting, documentation, and site-based data capture.
Responsibilities
Website Management & Digital Performance
You will take responsibility for the ongoing management and optimisation of the company’s Joomla website, ensuring it is technically robust, secure, fast, and aligned with business objectives. This includes improving site structure, usability, and performance, and ensuring all internally produced content is implemented and optimised effectively.
SEO, AI Search & Organic Growth
You will lead SEO strategy with a clear focus on improving organic visibility and driving qualified traffic. This will include:
Enhancing on-page and technical SEO
Improving keyword rankings across core services
Structuring content for visibility within both traditional Google search and AI-driven search results
Implementing structured data to improve discoverability
Using AI tools to enhance SEO strategy, analysis, and performance insight
Google Ads & Paid Media Management
You will manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns with a focus on maximising return on investment. This includes improving targeting, reducing cost per lead, and aligning paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy and business priorities.
Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
You will plan, deliver, and continuously refine targeted marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. This includes:
Developing integrated digital campaigns across website, paid media, and social channels
Supporting sector-focused marketing (education, healthcare, commercial, etc.)
Driving measurable lead generation through campaign activity
Analysing performance and refining campaigns to maximise results
Marketing Database Development & Management
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality marketing databases to support business development and campaign activity. This includes:
Building segmented contact databases aligned to key target sectors
Ensuring data accuracy, quality, and GDPR compliance
Supporting targeted outreach and marketing campaigns
Enabling data-led decision making for business development
Social Media Strategy & Management
You will manage and develop a structured social media presence, particularly across LinkedIn. This includes:
Planning and delivering consistent, high-quality content
Promoting projects, case studies, and business achievements
Supporting lead generation and brand visibility
Monitoring performance and refining engagement strategies
AI Development & Business Process Improvement
A critical and distinguishing part of this role is the development and implementation of AI solutions to improve internal business processes.
You will be expected to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI applications that enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across the business, including:
Developing AI-driven tools to improve standard forms and documentation
Creating automated or semi-automated report writing solutions (e.g. survey reports, condition reports, project documentation)
Improving site-based reporting through digital and AI-enabled systems
Streamlining data capture, analysis, and output across operational teams
Integrating AI tools into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort
This is not a purely conceptual role—the expectation is hands-on development, implementation, and continuous refinement of AI-enabled systems that directly improve operational performance.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
You will analyse user behaviour and improve customer journeys to increase conversion rates. This includes refining website layouts, calls-to-action, and engagement pathways to maximise enquiries and lead generation.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
You will ensure accurate tracking across all channels through Google Analytics 4 and other tools. You will provide structured, data-driven reporting with clear recommendations, demonstrating measurable month-on-month improvement.
Key Deliverables
The successful candidate will:
Manage and optimise the company website
Improve SEO performance and AI search visibility
Deliver effective Google Ads and paid campaigns
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns
Build and maintain a structured marketing database
Deliver consistent and engaging social media activity
Develop and implement AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and operational processes
Provide regular, data-led reporting with actionable recommendations
Success Criteria
Performance will be measured against:
Growth in organic website traffic
Improved keyword rankings
Increased visibility in AI-generated search results
Increased qualified lead volume
Improved website conversion rates
Reduction in cost per lead
Increased return on advertising spend
Growth and utilisation of marketing databases
Measurable campaign performance and lead generation outcomes
Successful implementation of AI tools improving internal efficiency and reporting
Demonstrable month-on-month performance improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, website management, and lead generation.
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience managing websites using a CMS (Joomla experience is an advantage).
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to improve marketing performance or business processes.
Experience with marketing automation or workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make) is an advantage.
Experience in B2B marketing and LinkedIn content or campaign management is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results within deadlines.

Salary range: USD 1,200–1,600 per month
Shift schedule:UK Timezone 8:00 am to 5:00 PM +1 hour lunch break
