Job Description - Marketing & Sales Recruiter - PH

Client Engagement & Search Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define search strategies, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, delivering speed, accuracy, and value throughout every search.
  • Manage full -cycle recruiting for contingent searches, from intake through successful placement.
  • Partner closely with the Account Management team to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen long -term client relationships.

Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent for Marketing and Sales roles.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and internal databases.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long -term career alignment.
  • Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with comprehensive candidate summaries and relevant market insights.
  • Maintain consistent candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the entire recruiting process.

Operations & Technology

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up -to -date records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipeline, and placement metrics.
  • Continuously refine search strategies based on data, recruiting outcomes, and evolving market trends.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency recruiting with a focus on Sales and/or Marketing roles.
  • A proven track record of successfully placing technical professionals in fast -paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and client priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a metrics -driven, performance -based environment with a high level of accountability.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
