Marketing Director

Marketing Director – Market Development, Strategy & Business Intelligence.

This role will lead the company's overall marketing strategy, market development initiatives, business intelligence efforts, brand positioning, product portfolio strategy, and growth opportunities. The position will work closely with Executive Management and key functions to support business expansion and long-term objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputable/prestigious university
• Seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in developing market strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and leading initiatives that contribute to sustainable business growth
• 15–20 years of progressive marketing experience with strong background in market development, brand strategy, digital marketing, product development, and market research
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, with exposure to kitchen appliances, home appliances, consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or other consumer-driven industries preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brands, driving market expansion, and delivering business growth initiatives
• Strong expertise in market analytics, customer insights, product portfolio management, and strategic decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Commercial Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Management
• Experience managing relationships with international principals, manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners is preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership decision
