Primary responsibilities:

• Primarily to get more leads/applications through different sources/portals
• Online Sites handling
• Market Research
• Develop and implement marketing/branding strategies
• In-charge of advertising & promotional materials
• Monitor effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Come up with ad copy and web articles
• Conceptualize and implement events/activities to increase brand awareness

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with the tasks above
• Atleast 3 years HR Sourcing experience
• Excellent English communications skills
• College graduate of any course
• Can work individually or with a team
• Mass Communications (Mass Comm) or Advertising Degree is an advantage but not required

Requirements:
• Have a reliable workstation with stable power supply and internet connection
• Energetic, patient, responsible and cheerful
• Can work on weekend schedules if needed
