Position Summary:
This
role is a subject matter expert in APAC marketing and go -to -market
execution. The position focuses on driving and executing marketing
initiatives, contributing to demand generation, and supporting
business growth through strong regional insight and data -driven decision -making.
The
role includes localized go -to -market execution, particularly
within financial reporting, compliance, and ESG disclosure
environments. The ideal candidate can operate independently while
collaborating closely with global teams to ensure alignment and
impact across regions.
• Execute
and contribute to integrated marketing initiatives that support
international growth, demand generation, and pipeline development.
• Analyze
marketing performance data and insights to optimize campaigns,
applying SEO, digital optimization, and analytics to improve visibility,
engagement,
and lead contribution.
• Translate
marketing objectives into clear messaging and content direction,
ensuring alignment with campaigns and target audiences.
• Execute
localized messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
across existing and new regions, ensuring cultural relevance and
alignment with global brand and go -to -market frameworks.
• Support
go -to -market execution through market, competitive, and regulatory
analysis, including financial reporting, compliance, and ESG considerations.
• Plan
and support regional market activation initiatives, including
events, PR efforts, and industry association engagement, to build
credibility and awareness.
• Manage
multiple marketing initiatives across geographies, ensuring
alignment with global strategy, timelines, and defined KPIs.
• Manage
and develop content for APAC social media accounts.
• Collaborate
cross -functionally with sales, product, legal, and international
teams to support effective execution.
• Use
CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage
campaigns and track performance
• Manage
and optimize LinkedIn B2B campaigns and other digital channels
• Leverage
analytics tools to measure eSectiveness and inform decision -making
• Utilize
CMS platforms to support campaign execution and landing page management
• Proficiency
in social media platforms and design tools, including Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and
other marketing
tools.
Soft Skills & Professional Profile
• Strong APAC market expertise, with the ability to
navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
• Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and
self -directed to operate independently.
• Excellent cross -cultural communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across
product, legal, and sales teams without formal authority.
• Data -driven and analytically rigorous approach to
marketing and content performance.
• Comfortable working hand in hand with
international teams and contributing as part of a
collaborative global organization.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or
related degree preferred. MA is a plus.
• At least 4 years concrete experience on the
position or equivalent. Experience in financial industry is a plus.
• Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or
content -driven marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM tool is an advantage.
