Mechanical Drafter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Draftsperson to lead the development of high-quality technical drawings and 3D models for industrial projects. This role requires a highly experienced professional who can manage design outputs, collaborate with engineers, and mentor junior team members.

This is ideal for candidates with 7+ years of drafting experience and strong expertise in Autodesk tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage 3D CAD models and technical drawings across all project phases


• Ensure outputs meet Australian Standards and project specifications


• Use tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, and Vault


• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project teams to deliver design solutions


• Lead and manage drafting work and project deliverables


• Mentor junior designers and improve drafting processes


• Support tendering and project execution through technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is desirable
  


• 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, and Vault


• Strong understanding of technical drawings and design standards


• Ability to lead projects and guide junior team members


• Excellent written and verbal English communication and teamwork abilities


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills


• Proven ability to work independently and with international teams


• Intermediate to advanced computer skills


• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM  - 4:00PM or 08:00AM - 5:00 PM)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in mining, industrial, or materials handling projects


• Exposure to estimating, tendering, or project coordination


• Leadership or mentoring experience
